I offer One-to-One sessions Online for clients in the UK and worldwide. I work exclusively online with many clients across the UK, Europe, and abroad.
Please note I am no longer seeing clients in person either in Windsor or in London UK. I am continuing to work with clients Online and am accepting enquiries from new clients to work Online.

Did you know that often when we are stuck, or feel overwhelmed, our thinking, rational brain simply can’t get us out of it? And that if our bodies – and our ‘survival brain’ – are stuck on ‘red alert’ all the time – then they run the show, and trump all our best efforts and ‘top-down’ logical attempts to figure out a solution?
I work with people who are simply feeling stuck in some area of their life, work, or relationships, as well as those who are suffering emotional, mental or physical symptoms due to difficult or traumatic events. I help them get out of overwhelm, and overcome fear so that they feel confidence, hope and a new sense of possibility for the future.
